Sample wording for a bequest of
Real Property through a Will:

"I give and devise to EarthWays Foundation, DBA WildRescue, a corporation organized and existing under the California Nonprofit Corporation Law, located at 20178 Rockport Way, Malibu, California 90265, that certain real property commonly known as (street address or other common description) and more particularly described as follows: (detailed legal description), together with all improvements thereon, to be used for such purposes as the Board of Directors thereof may deem to be for the best interests of WildRescue."

 

Sample wording for a bequest of
Personal Property through a Will:

"I give and bequeath to EarthWays Foundation, DBA WildRescue, a corporation organized and existing under the California Nonprofit Corporation Law, located at 20178 Rockport Way, Malibu, California 90265, the sum of $_____ (or other appropriately described property), to be used for such purposes as the Board of Directors thereof may deem to be for the best interests of WildRescue."

 

Sample wording of distribution
from Testamentary or Living Trust

"I direct my Trustee to distribute from the principal of my trust estate to EarthWays Foundation, DBA WildRescue, a corporation organized and existing under the California Nonprofit Corporation Law, located at located at 20178 Rockport Way, Malibu, California 90265, the sum of $_____ (or other appropriately described real or personal property), to be used for such purposes as the Board of Directors thereof may deem to be for the best interests of WildRescue."
